A 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to lock in your shoot with final payment made prior to your content being released.

Usually its between 14 to 21 days from shoot date. It does depend on the workload of the project and creative concept. Let me know in advance, if you do have a deadline, so I can do my best to accommodate it.

In order for you to have your products returned to you. Send a return post bag with the product or you can pick it up cause it will be stored up to 6 months.

Due the high demand and the nature of the work in generall no refunds will be issued. See below for the policy.

Rescheduling Policy

• Bad wheater conditions –  I will watch the weather leading up to your session. When I think it questionable I will contact you and ask if you would like to reschedule. There will be no fee charged if its due to the weather.
• If you like to reschedull Non-weather related – It must be due at least 72 hours in advance of the session time. There is a €75 rescheduling fee if requests are made less than 72 hours in advance.
• Studio session rescheduling – Any reschedulling request needs to be been done 72 hours in advance of the session. There will be a €75 rescheduling fee for all in-studio session. Requests made less than 72 hours in advance may result in the loss of the session fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be provided in the event of a session cancellation. If the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours before the session start time, the session fees that have been paid will be applied to your account as a credit that can be used to schedule another session at a future date within the year of cancellation. Cancellation requests made less than 72 hours before the session start time will result in the loss of the session fees paid.

Once your content with te outcome you just need to give me a final approval so the magic can start en let the vision come to live.

Yes, a travel fee is applied if the location is 5km outside of 's-Hertogenbosch. This will be calculated during pre-production.
0,39 cents per km. As well as parking. If the destination in the Netherlands is further then 1 hour an hourly rate will be added.

Travel abroad depending on the assignment, additional cost of travel fee like flights, rental etc, hotel and in some cases meal plans may be added to the quotation.

Off course, I will online color correct and if needed crop and rotate images. Its not photoshopped after that. If you feel its needed you can order blemish removal or retouching braces for instant. Just choose from your personal online proof gallery which one needs more touch up!

But do keep in mind the size of the print that you order. My advice is to only ask for retouching options for close-up images that will be enlarged.
